What is Reflexology ?

Reflexology is a therapy and non-invasive way to approach your health problems or to simply reduce stress and maintain good health. It gently and effectively maintains health while building up the body's immunity and resistance to disease. It is an excellent antidote to stress and therefore eases stress related conditions.

Reflexology is based on the principle that all organs and glands have corresponding reflex points in the feet, hands and ears. Like acupressure, reflexology uses specific pressure-techniques, applied to the foot or hand, both of which represent a mini-map or micro-system of the whole body. Special emphasis is placed on working the reflexes related to the individual's particular health problem or area of pain and also to reflexes that feel congested or tense.
